The Secure Surfing Organization invites volunteers to write reports, reviews or descriptions of software, companies, web sites and issues related to secure surfing.
Software and service providers are welcome to submit narrative descriptions of their products provided that the content is not promotional in nature. Of course we reserve the right to decline to publish anything.
Subjects that would benefit from volunteer contributions: personal experience using a particular program (firewall, internet suite, anitvirus program, anonymous surfing service) or with a privacy challenge (trying to apply a pricvacy policy, filing a complaint, finding a “bad” policy or noting a particularly “good” policy; reviews of software and services; reviews of corporate, web or government privacy policies; identity theft; security hardware (routers, even paper shredders); reports on secure surfing related news (child predators; security breaches; internet fraud).
